Today saw the first live running of Eclipse in Holland, in Dutch, at Dierenkliniek Emmeloord.

Speaking on only the second day after 'go live', Managing Partner, Evert van Roekel, said "Seems to go very good today. Of course still some points, but mainly adjustments to our clinic and not technical problems. Feels already good that we did this transition!"

Dierenkliniek Emmeloord is a large mixed practice in northern Holland with an excellent reputation clinically and as a leading innovator. When the project is complete, Eclipse will link the lab analysers for automatic reporting of test results, the diagnostic imaging equipment for fully automated integration into animal histories, and Eclipse Mobile to enable ambulatory and farm vets to carry all the necessary information with them on field visits.

Eclipse on Show - the London Vet Show, that is!

15th October 2013

Eclipse exhibited for very first time at the London Vet Show this year at Olympia on Stand D76 in the Equine Area.

We took great pleasure from sponsoring a lecture from:
Tim Greet, BVMS, MVM, Cert EO, DESTS, Dip ECVS, FRCVS,
Managing Partner & Senior Surgeon, Rossdales Equine Hospital

The session was entitled:
Equine cases which might be suitable for referral and how to refer such patients?

The presentation covered a variety of situations where an equine patient may benefit from referral to more specialist facilities and the circumstances under which referral might be most effectively achieved.

Tim is an RCVS and Equine Registered Specialist in Equine Surgery
Past President BEVA, BVA and WEVA. Honorary Professor University of Glasgow, and Associate Lecturer University of Cambridge

Cotts Farm Equine Hospital in Narbeth, Pembrokeshire, are the latest addition to the Eclipse 'family, upgrading their practice management system this month and adding PACS, Laboratory and Mobile facilities.

"Overall, the changeover went pretty smoothly" said Evie Fowke, "and we're delighted with the new features Eclipse has given us. We probably haven't used all of them yet, (ed. it's only been 5 weeks!), but the Eclipse team are very helpful and supportive, whether here with us or when you call them."

Cotts Farm is first and currently the only RCVS-approved equine hospital in Wales.
